Help keep your investment a sound one! Preventative maintenance visits happen twice annually and preclude emergency repairs while reducing long term maintenance costs. Preventative services include:
• Visual inspection of all accessible equipment and cabling. We just want to make sure the cat hasn’t been chewing on your wires again.
• System verification. Is everything working as it should? Of course it is, but we want to check anyway.
• Deep cleaning of equipment racks and equipment fans and vents. The cooler these things run, the longer they last!
• Product firmware updates. We want to make sure your product is running the latest and greatest firmware because, let’s face it, there was a problem with the old one and that’s why there is a new one.
• Cable management. Here at CAVS we are obsessed with keeping things tidy but other vendors who access our equipment racks don’t always share the same convictions. Let us fix that for you. We know it secretly bugs you too.
• Dust off the cobwebs and water spots. Well, not the cobwebs in the corner of your vaulted ceiling or the water spots on the skylights but for our customers with exterior surveillance cameras, this is a real concern. We’ll make sure one of your annual services is scheduled after the rain is gone to ensure a clear image all summer long.
In addition to all of the above, we will address other minor issues we find along the way. If we can get to those within the time window allotted for your service, it’s on the house!
